Payment, Refund & Dispute Policy
A-Ward Winning Realty LLC accepts card payments for real estate commissions owed under a signed listing, buyer or leasing agreement.
When you’re charged
Only after your sale closes or your lease is fully signed. Nothing is charged before then. Card processing costs are included in the commission, with no separate card fee.
Refunds
Commissions are earned at closing or lease signing and are not refundable. Billing errors and duplicate charges are refunded to the original card within 5 business days. If a closed sale is rescinded or unwound, refunds follow your brokerage agreement and Florida law.
